WELCOME TO ADVANCED FOOT CARE
Trusted Specialists for lasting foot health, evidence-based, prevention-focused.
We’re glad you found us. Your feet are the foundation of your daily life, supporting every step, every task, and every moment with loved ones. At Advanced Foot Care, we understand how foot health affects your entire well-being.
Whether you’re managing diabetes, recovering from a stubborn wound, or facing the possibility of amputation, we’re here to provide the best of both worlds: advanced medical expertise and genuine compassion.

Leading the Way in Limb Preservation and Foot Health.
WHO WE SERVE?
We welcome patients of all ages and backgrounds, especially those living with diabetes or circulation problems, those with non-healing foot or ankle wounds, or anyone concerned about the risk of amputation. Our clinic also supports patients who need custom orthotics, preventive foot screenings, or routine podiatric care to stay active and pain-free. We proudly serve seniors striving to maintain independence, workers on their feet all day, and athletes recovering from foot or ankle injuries.
For families and caregivers, we understand how overwhelming it can be to manage ongoing care for a loved one with limited mobility or chronic wounds. That’s why we provide not only treatment but also education, guidance, and emotional support so you feel confident caring for your loved one between visits.
At Advanced Foot Care, every patient is treated like family. We take time to listen, answer your questions, and explain each step of the healing process in simple, honest language. Our goal is to give you the clarity and confidence you need to take control of your health. Whether you’re here for a small concern or a complex wound, you’ll receive compassionate, evidence-based care in a calm and supportive environment.
Our Mission
Our mission is to protect every step through early detection, advanced wound care, and a rigorous limb-preservation program that restores mobility and confidence. We pair evidence-based protocols with practical education and fast access to care—screenings, offloading, debridement, vascular evaluation, infection control, and home-ready plans. By tracking the metrics that matter (healing rate, time-to-closure, recurrence, and amputation-free survival), we continually refine treatment so patients return to life, work, and the people they love—safely and sooner.

Our Vision
We envision a community where every wound is recognized early, every risk is proactively addressed, and every person moves through life with safety, dignity, and confidence. By advancing diabetic foot care, wound healing, and limb preservation, we aim to restore independence and quality of life for every patient we serve. We’ll get there by removing barriers to care, partnering with families and primary providers, and using clear data to guide decisions at the bedside and at home. Our clinic will be a hub for education, prevention, and rapid access—where culturally sensitive communication and practical tools make healing realistic, sustainable, and measurable

Philosophy
We believe healing starts by caring for the whole person—not just the condition. Our approach blends evidence-based medicine with compassion, ensuring every plan is supported by measurable data and delivered with genuine understanding. We listen, educate, and partner with each patient and family to make care both effective and sustainable. Whole person care, guided by data, delivered with heart.

Care Team
Friendly Faces, Leading Care

Rajashekhar leads our evidence-based care pathway end-to-end—owning protocol execution, data integrity, and cross-team coordination to accelerate healing and reduce amputation risk. He tracks wound metrics (TIME/TIME-H, % area reduction, infection rate, time-to-closure, recurrence, AFS), organizes source docs and EDC (REDCap/EMR), and resolves data queries in real time. He partners with Dr. Banks on study startup and daily operations: IRB submissions/renewals, ICH-GCP/HIPAA compliance, screening and consent, visit scheduling, sample handling, device/vendor coordination, and AE/SAE reporting with DSMB/monitor oversight. He builds clinician-ready dashboards and KPI reviews, translates findings into SOP updates and order sets (offloading, debridement cadence, vascular studies, antibiotic stewardship), and closes the loop with caregiver education and adherence tools. In short, he turns current science into reliable bedside practice—on time, audit-ready, and measurable.
Rajashekhar Ittedi
Lead Clinical Research Coordinator
Abid assists with data collection, outcome tracking, and literature reviews to keep our protocols current. He builds clean datasets, maintains REDCap/Excel dashboards, and flags trends for quality improvement. Abid synthesizes evidence into brief summaries and SOP updates, then converts them into patient-friendly handouts, checklists, and caregiver training guides (including low-literacy and multilingual versions). He also supports audit readiness by documenting sources, versioning materials, and tracking KPIs, ensuring changes are evidence-based, measurable, and practical at home. His work closes the loop—collecting feedback from clinicians and families, iterating content, and aligning daily practice with the latest research..
