Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be seen if I don’t feel pain?

Yes. Diabetes and neuropathy can hide injuries. Early checks prevent infections and amputations.

How soon can I be seen?

We offer same-week appointments and prioritize urgent concerns (new wounds, spreading redness, fever).

What should I bring to my first visit?

  • Photo ID and insurance card

  • Medication list (include supplements)

  • Recent labs/imaging (if available)

  • Your most-worn shoes and any inserts/orthotics

  • Wound supplies you’re currently using (optional)

Will you coordinate with my other doctors?

Yes. We routinely share updates with your PCP, endocrinologist, and vascular team.

How long does wound healing take?

It varies—circulation, pressure, and infection control matter most. We measure progress every visit and escalate early if healing stalls.

Do you offer custom orthotics?

Yes. We design orthotics to redistribute pressure, improve comfort, and help prevent recurrence.

Is texting okay for scheduling/updates?

Yes. You can text on (207) 401-3856.

Where are you located?

We are Located at 3811 E Bell Rd, Suite 207, Phoenix, AZ 85032

What are urgent signs?

New/worsening redness, warmth, swelling, drainage, odor, color change, fever/chills, or a new/open sore. Call (480) 863-6044 today.
